Good luck finding the girl of your dreams mate,
But you
know, the best way for a decent relationship to start is by getting
friendly with someone - not advertising what you want, girls dont
like that
Maybe you should just start talking to girls
(anyone anywhere) just to lose the fear effect - i have lots of
female friends that i had no intention of going out with and wouldnt
have me in a million years 
, just be yourself and chat with them...
...if u do this
you're sure to find someone that you get on with REALLY well! You'll
know when you meet her! It'll just click! you'll get on, laugh and
joke, and not long after you'll be together...
Take me for
example, i wasnt the luckiest guy in love, but just out of the blue
when i wasnt LOOKING for love I met this girl Lora who had practicly
all my interests, my taste of music, and my sense of humour, and we
got on like a house on fire!
We where best friends for about
6 months, then one thing led to another, we kissed for the first
time, and i knew i loved this girl
Me and lora have been
together ever since and hopefully for a long long time 
And if there's one thing i've learnt from her...
The
key to a girls heart is comedy, humour, make her laugh and smile!
I'm sure all the ringworms and ringettes are behind u 100%
You never know, u might find your nihonjin dream tomorrow...
