here's a valid
question i suppose...
umm i guess these are spoilers as well 
Ok.. now in the american version of the tape... we see anna
jumping off the cliff and commiting suicide, right? but the tape is
supposed to be visions that samara herself seen, you know, the
tree.. the horses... so if her mother commited suiced after the
throwing her in the well thing.. howd she see that??
now,
this is just what i thought 
that samara really did climb out of the well (like she does at the
end of the video...) and maybe made her mom do that?? I dont know..
what do you think??

Also, I know
y'all noticed how when Aiden was watching the video.. he is actually
seeing the end where she starts crawling out of the well.. the first
time he sees the video.. right before Rachel turns it off... why do
you think he is seeing this part.. and no one else sees it until
they die
??? do you think if rachel wouldnt have found him, she wouldve
crawled out of the television and killed him right then???

Anna sucided from guilt from killing her own daughter or at least
over fifty percent of us fans believe that theory. Oh and I doubt
Samara would have killed her new little buddy Aiden so soon

After Rachel saw Aiden watching the video, the image went to
static. She didn't manually stop the video from continuing, but
perhaps Samara didn't feel like showing more of herself at that
point and ceased broadcasting.

To the first question, I would have to say that the movie tells us
that Anna's "visions" didn't stop after Samara died, so Samara was
still influencing her in a way so she probably was there the moment
Anna let herself go of the cliff.
Now, here's something to
add to your observation of Aidan's viewing of the tape. In the end,
we see Samara coming out of the Well when Aidan watches the
[b]copy[/b] that Rachel made. But, when making a copy of the copy
that they're going to show to someone else, there's no Samara coming
out of the Well at the end. Why the difference?
Some people
have said that when you view the tape at night you see Samara coming
out of the Well. I disagree, because the fist time Rachel viewed the
tape it was after sunset, i.e. dark. I grew up in Tacoma, WA and in
September in the Cascade Mountains (where I assume Shadow Mountain
Inn was. It looked more like the Cascades than the Olympics) it gets
dark fast after the sun goes down. And when Rachel viewed the tape,
when it was dark, no Samara. The only reasons I can think of for the
difference is because of Samara's connection with Aidan or (and this
is kind of a stretch here) because the video was a copy, Samara is
being spread around, or the knowledge of her is being spread. As a
single copy of the tape is viewed by more people, Samara reveals
more of herself. I know, it's not very good, but we'll see.

whole purpose of the video is to give samara the right to kill you.
you see into her life, you have something of hers. she wants
something of you.
my theory of why anna killed
herself:
1. remorse from killing samara. anna kept repeating
'all i ever wanted was you'. Past tense.
2. guilt and remorse for
all samara wrong doings. feeling of being resposible of having given
birth to such an evil being.
3. samara might have shown anna the
future and her plan to kill more people and cause more
destruction.
my belief is that anna and mr. morgan were
regular honest and honorable people who given the situation, snapped
out and committed suicide.

On more speculation, I believe Anna killed herself because she made
a deal with the devil to have Samara. As Samara got older and Anna
realized the enormous mistake she made, she killed Samara in an
attempt to stop the evil. However, when Anna's visions didn't stop
after Samara died she knew that Samara could not be stopped and
despaired that she had consented to such a deal to bring such evil
into the world. Anna couldn't bear the thought of it and killed
herself.

In a
movie like Rosemary's Baby or The Omen, I can understand someone
making that connection. But in The Ring, it's not even vaguely
implied. Simply saying she's the devil's child would show a lack of
imagination on the screenwriter's part. It's been many times done
before.
It makes the movie much scarier (to me, at least) for
Samara to be an ordinary little girl doing these horrible things to
other people.

i agree that it makes it scarier to believe she is just a normal
girl with like insomnia... to cop out and say she is the devils
spawn when there really isnt anything POINTING to that from what i
seen isnt right

we know from the film that she is not normal. We don't know is her
origin. it was not disclosed. we do know is that she has some crazy
supernatural powers which she uses to torment, haunt, and kill her
victims. it is likely that she resulted from a demonic pact, but i
agree, that's an assumption beyond what's offered in the film

Rachel's Point
of View
The video tape is being seen in Rachel's point of view. So the
point would be, you see Samara coming up from the well as the time
gets closer to your death. We did not see the tape from the eyes of
Aiden.

My take on the
suicide
My take on Anna's suicide was this:
When Rachel was
researching the deaths of the horses she read some article that said
that the deaths only stopped once Anna committed suicide. I figure,
since Anna killed Samara and Anna loved the horses so much...(and
since Samara didn't like them because they kept her up at night when
she was having to live in the barn)
Samara (after she was in
the well) tortured the horses with images, making them go crazy and
go drown themselves, in order to punish her mother for throwing her
in the well. Once her mother killed herself, the horses stopped
dying.
