SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9 For weeks, Last Days has been hearing
testimonials from folks who had the @#%$ scared out of them by The
Ring, the mind-fucky new horror flick starring Mulholland Drive's
brilliant Naomi Watts. But tonight we heard the most terrifying Ring
testimonial of all time from Hot Tipper Trevor, who attended a late
show of The Ring tonight at the Meridian 16. "About a half-hour into
the movie," writes Trevor, "the man sitting next to my girlfriend, a
nicely dressed guy in his late 50s, lets out this loud, guttural
hack. The man's wife asks if he's okay, and he holds up his hand and
says, 'It's okay, I'm all right.' Then there's another huge hack,
followed by the stomach-dropping sound of wetness hitting the floor.
I looked over, but the guy was just sitting there, quietly watching
the movie. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, until the movie
ended, and the lights came up, revealing between the man's nice
wingtips a big, steamy pile of puke. We were so stunned, we couldn't
even give him any @#%$ for what he did." Deep thanks to Trevor for
his eloquent account, and deep shame on the man who redefined the
sin of littering.

Eeeewwwww.... the only thing that
even compares to that was on Saturday, the 16th. An audience member
died in his seat during a showing of "Ghost Ship". Nasty.

You know, I don't know this guy well enough to call him a liar,
don't think I really need to either. It just seems real odd, damn
odd in fact that no one complained of "Puke Whiff" the duration of
the movie. I certainly would not have stayed sitting next to him,
steaming puke running all over the floor, more than likely I would
have gotten up to get an usher, at the very least to move away from
the barf radius.

...or at least checked to make sure the man was okay. Maybe he ate
something that made him sick adn it had nothing to do with the
movie.

This sounds kind of like the "stories" surrounding the excorcist,
they play well for propoganda, so who cares, if it happened, it
still scared the crap outta me (although not literally on the
floor).

that the fear starts to creep in.

Hahahah
Have you heard about this new video tape that makes
you puke when you watch it? A tape, a regular tape. People rent it;
I dunno. You start to play it, and it's like somebody's nightmare.
Then suddenly this woman comes on smiling at you, right, seeing you
through the screen, and as soon as it's over, youf phone rings.
Someone knows you've watched it, and what they say is "You will puke
in seven days," and exactly seven days later.......
