This is the one time I wish "The Ring" wasn't such a hit.
With all the fans around, I'm sure even Aidan's stupid little crayon
clipboard will be fetching three digits in a week.

when I was in my Josie and the Pussycats phase (Rachael Leigh Cook
is going to be my wife, she just doesn't know it yet. 
), I made off with some substantial props from their eBay auction.

well
no matter how much I like Naomi Watts, I would be insane to get her
clothes from the set. Cuz it's sick...even if the funds go to
charity. Anyways, some sicko will get em and probably will pay $500
(LOL). I think I am going to get the samara outfit. That's a keeper
for halloweens to come.

I just saw The Ring last Saturday, and I'm already a
tremendous fan. I'm incredibly happy that I found this message board
because I never would have guessed that there were props to The Ring
on eBay. There are a zillion items that appear if you type in the
word
ring. I
have my mind set on one particular item that I'm willing to pay up
to $500 for, but I'm not saying which one until the auction is over.

I think theres only 1 copy of the tape. Once that is auctioned off
then they'll add another one prolly. They will add more stuff once a
lot of the items are bought. Well thats how it is at
premiereprops.com
I go there a lot. Check it out. They had a
bunch of bourne identity stuff that i wanted to so bad. I didnt get
anything. Everything is auctioned off already though.

Posts like this are cool and harmful. If you had located this on
ebay yourself you might have a decent chance of getting something
for a reasonable price. When you place the listing, which I cannot
help but think this was done by someone involved, it will only
elicit an enormous amount of responses by those who are truly
fanatics and will bid to death the aforementioned articles listed. I
just like it better when fewer know about things so I can take them.

While it would be cool tp have some actual props from the movie, I
think they'd go a lot further toward freaking the hell out of me
everyday rather than being cool. Especially that damn mirror.
There's no way I could live in a house with that same damn
mirror.
And I'd prefer Naomi Watt's clothes from Mulholland
Drive, personally.

Costume #1 in the last minutes of the
auction, but my bid couldn't proceed, and someone else won it for
$504.99.
I also submitted my $100.00 bid for Samara's Fingernail Props
#2, but someone else bid
$102.50.
I hope that more The
Ring props are donated to that eBay
seller for auction.
Oh well...I just purchased the Japanese
DVDs The Ring, The
Ring 2, and
The Ring 0 from eBay for $39.99, so at least I
have something happy to look forward to.

I had bid
$100 and had the high bid for a while. Unfortunately, someone bid
with four seconds left and got it for $102.50. 
That just means that I have more for board donations.
