I think you'd be screwed most of the time. First off, if the person
already had watched it before, wouldn't they be smart enough to not
watch it again? And if they did, they'd be smart enough to make
everyone just watch it again. If THAT didn't work, well it's double
jeopardy. They couldn't get cursed again, so say hello to Samara on
Day 7.

Watch it again?
Well since the Japanese version states
outright, and the American version hints at the tape being a virus
or some sort. After you catch a virus and get over it (in this case,
live) its VERY hard to get it again unless it mutates, or if you DO
get it again, its much less serious. So I think you'd have some
immunity as long as it was the cursed tape.

weapon
I think we should use the tape as a weapon! Tired of Saddam? Just
send the tape to the government, asying its a treaty from the U.S.
or something, then, surpise! They wouldn't know what to do, and they
would be dead in seven days!
