Freakist thing
in movie
K I say and a lot of ppl agree with me that the freakist part of
the movie was the katie's F(_)cked up face And i looked very where
of a pic of here face IN the Closet and all I kepp coming up with is
the one where her face changes or the guy working on here face and
stuff I know there is already a thread on this but I went there and
came up with squat except for that really *REALLY* bad quality pic
(no offense to who took it) so if you can find a pic of her plz post
it here plz
Thanx

the TV was Really, REALLY Scary when i saw it in theaters.. Now that

Actually...
Actually, it worked opposite with me. When I watched the big Samara
out of TV scene, I didn't find it scary, just pretty cool. I was
just wondering if it was handled more effectively in the Japanese
version. Now that I downloaded the scene and watch it, it is much
more creepier. The freakiest part is when Samara is closest to the
TV before she pops out- she is almost separate from the image, but
she is still part of the TV, and all you see of her is her black
hair over her face and nothing else. Very creepy.

Re:

I know this has triddled (I think I made up that word) down the
drain of the ring forum, but I have not, as of yet seen a decent
capture of Katie's mug when she was in the closet, even better would
be a video series, from those of you with absolute talent and
unlimited internet accessibility. I will rescind into the well and
ask for more, later.

make-up
I actually think that may have been a dummy in the
closet.
The pic where the guy is working on her, she is
sitting with her knees pulled up tightly-that's an awfully
uncomfortable way to sit for an extended period of time (especially
the amount of time that makeup job would take). Also, the way her
face (and Noah's) was warped went a little beyond the capabilities
of make-up. I think they may have used a dummy for the closet scene
and rigged the head to flop forward in that unforgettable way...

Re:

Hmm...im thinking that too. Then what was the point of putting the
makeup on her? I think they just did a really good job on making her
freaky looking. Oh yeah, well u gotta do what u gotta do even if its
in a really uncomfortable position.

What I meant was, he wasn't putting makeup on Amber Tamblyn, he was
putting the finishing touches on a dummy.
